That is a super nice Kindle and looks like you had a wonderful time partying! Wish I could've been there, but I suppose the part must continue until we are together :)
I don't know if I can find the pictures, but I visited West Berlin on our Jan. '78 Bethel Choir Europe tour. We visited the wall, some of the sites, and I think sang a concert. It was pretty eerie (sp?) in those days.
I enjoyed the unique connections you made after visiting such countries as Korea, Vietnam, and now so many of the European countries. It also makes me wonder what the world will be like in another 20 years. Will there be more stability, or less, especially in areas such as the Middle East and Africa.
On a lighter note, I'm interested in knowing which bag of Haribos you chose.
I have seen the movie. Jordan just watched it again. I think he likes it. I wasn't too fond of it myself, but it was the reason I knew Bruges existed. And the cathedral was actually in Ghent.
Why did they make the 10k and 100k both green!? That's awful.
To be fair honking at ped's is at least slightly nicer than running them down.
I don't usually jive with little yippy dogs, but my solidarity with bikers is stronger than my misgivings for ankle-biters, so the bandanna-wearing canine there is alright by me. Ride safe, dog. *biker salute*

Mold! it's the food that keeps on growing!
Thanks, Marisa, these pictures are a lot of fun. Have a great time in Europe!
Marisa, you have a special way of writing. This is nostalgic (to me, at least). I always find both excitement and some lingering sadness in leaving something (some place, some times) behind, and moving on. I follow your travels, and your writings, with anticipation.
And, for us - yippee - you guys are coming our way in not too long! Looking forward to it!

That is a beautiful Kindle! Looks like you were loved and spoiled on your special day. Although, the game looked a little serious . . .
This is beautiful! What fun, and a great compilation!
Well done you two adventurers!
Now that looks like fun!!

As always, I enjoy your reflections and pictures.
Can't wait to see you guys in just 3 days!

Makes me want to visit Belgium again. But you forgot to mention that they have more different kinds of beer than anywhere in the world. :-)
What is the cathedral? Is the medieval town, Bruges? (have you seen the movie?)
Enjoy your travels!
You got into the "white" beers? I like those...
Very nice. You guys look good together. Can't wait to see you.

Quantum clothes stealing.
I just realized that the dress you are wearing in the Egypt pic is hanging in the laundry room here in Mexico. How is that?
Happy 4th in Germany - I can't keep up with you! I love both the memories and the pics. God's blessings on both of you. Miss you bunches.
Fun. Nice scarf! :-)
What great fun!
I love this beyond words. Such good memories. :)
You and Karith sure look fierce!
Hi There!
I genuinely applaud your poetic/technical/sharing approach to life. Cheers to both of you.

This makes me ache a little. The pain of leaving, the joys of coming. What a bittersweet life we live.
Awesomeness. Made me smile. (Which is something I very much needed).

A plan beyond just tomorrow? And parents knowing what the plan is? Amazing! :-)
